Today, Alma-Via Guesthouse<\/strong> is a beautiful, traditional guesthouse of Saxon origin, restored and transformed. Located between Sibiu and Media\u0219, it can be a beautiful starting point in discovering Transylvania. The imposing gate always hides another story and reveals an old barn, today a restaurant. The old beams combine surprisingly with the modern windows. Each room tells a story from the past, from 1871.<\/p>\n

Sunny days are a blessing, the yellow color of the castle looks much more beautiful in the light. Notice the old carriage and the collection of cars, they will keep you anchored in those noble times.<\/p>\n

In beautiful Corund, a diverse land, painted in dozens of colors and motifs, we were overwhelmed by the feeling that the people of a place are sometimes a blessing. The 100-year-old Molno\u0219 mansion was, at different times, a house, pottery factory, school, nationalized, ruined, recovered, then restored and today a creator of experiences. The current owner saved the beautiful building, finding out that he also studied here, as a child. Returning.<\/p>\n

Infinity has so many colors and shapes here that we would sit for hours just watching the view. And from the vineyard you can see the mansion, the Pilgrim’s House.<\/p>\n

Me\u0219endorf Gasthaus is a green, quiet oasis, in a village that seems to be resting all the time. The property has been restored, keeping the Saxon way of life intact, wooden guesthouses with high ceilings and outbuildings. The first house built dates from 1919. We chose the apartment, with handcrafted furniture, traditional items and a sauna inside the bathroom, which we found interesting.<\/p>\n

Valea Verde is in fact a confession of love, born in Romania. Ulrike and Jonas Sch\u00e4fer, visiting the small village of Cund in Transylvania, fall deeply in love with these lands and… started building.<\/p>\n

The elegant meeting with Villa Csonka gave us a moment to go back in time, fascinated by the warm but sophisticated dialogue we took part in. A historic monument villa, in a 3500 sq m park, Secession style, 1900’s atmosphere. Original Thonet and Art Deco pieces, uniquely designed rooms and apartments. Old-fashioned atmosphere and modern comfort, generous spaces, elegant, classic lines, warm colors, old objects and details, light, generous windows, beautifully built.<\/p>\n
